01What does Blokofy do?
We design, build and manage AI automations around the way your business works. Common examples are workflows that capture and qualify leads, book appointments, send reminders, follow up and keep your CRM up to date, 24/7.
02How do I know if my business can be automated?
If your business already runs any part of its operation digitally, such as bookings and cancellations, a CRM, customer service, support or client registrations, it can be automated. Common examples:
- Customer service on your website, WhatsApp or email
- Lead qualification and first-contact conversations
- Appointment and consultation management
- Lead and client registration
- Identifying issues and routing them to the right team
- Customer support and assistance
03Which businesses is automation not a good fit for?
Businesses that don't use any digital channel for contact, registrations, service or communication. Automation needs at least one digital process to work with.
04Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. Blokofy handles the building, testing, adaptation, implementation and management of the system. If we need information from your current tools, such as access keys or APIs, we guide you step by step on where to find it.
05Will AI replace my team?
No. It takes repetitive work off your team's plate and hands the conversation over to a person whenever a human is needed.
06How does the process work?
It starts with a short video call to understand your goals and bottlenecks. Then we follow three steps: Workflow Assessment, Automation Architecture, and Deployment & Optimization.
07Does it work with the tools I already use?
Yes. We integrate with calendars, email, WhatsApp, CRMs and business tools such as monday.com, Google Sheets and Notion, as well as databases.
08How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your needs, the complexity of the system and the planning required to deliver it, so it is shared during the meeting.
09Is it a one-off payment or a monthly fee?
Our services have two parts. Implementation is a one-off payment to design, build and install the automation in your business. Management is a monthly plan, renewable at the end of each term, that covers maintenance, alignment meetings, dedicated support and fixes if your systems change.
10How long does implementation take?
It depends on the complexity of the project and how quickly we receive the access and requirements we need. Once we have everything, implementation usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.
11Is there a guarantee?
Yes. After implementation you have 3 months to adapt to the system. If it doesn't work for your business for any reason within that period, we remove the automation and refund 100% of the implementation fee. Monthly Management payments cover hours already worked and are not refundable.
12Are there any additional costs?
Yes. We build the automation, but every automated system runs on third-party services, such as server hosting, databases, AI models and official APIs. These costs are paid separately to each provider.
13Can it run without those additional costs?
No. Every automation depends on these services running in the background to work.
14Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in secure databases with restricted access and handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
15What if my automation stops working?
During the guarantee period, or at any time with a Management plan, contact us and briefly describe what is happening. We'll pass it to the developer responsible for your project, who will fix the issue.
