Welcome to BLOKOFY. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BLOKOFY website, products, services, automation workflows, APIs, and all related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

For legal and administrative purposes, BLOKOFY is owned and operated by Romulo Medici.

BLOKOFY develops artificial intelligence solutions designed to automate business processes, customer communications, workflow orchestration, system integrations, and operational tasks.

Our Services are intended primarily for businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking to scale productivity through intelligent, AI-driven automation.

To use our Services, you must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you access the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• ◆Infringe the intellectual property rights of BLOKOFY or third parties

BLOKOFY reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

Certain Services incorporate artificial intelligence technologies. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated content before relying upon it for business, legal, financial, or operational purposes.

BLOKOFY does not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every use case.

You are responsible for:

• ◆Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• ◆Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens
• ◆Securing your connected systems and third-party accounts
• ◆Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• ◆Reviewing automated workflows before deploying them in production
• ◆Monitoring automations executed on your behalf

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

• ◆WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta Platforms
• ◆Google Workspace
• ◆Notion, Supabase, and Stripe
• ◆OpenAI and Anthropic
• ◆n8n and other automation platforms
• ◆Other APIs and cloud service providers

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. BLOKOFY is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, API limitations, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers.

All intellectual property related to BLOKOFY — including but not limited to software, source code, branding, logos, design, documentation, graphics, workflows, AI prompts, and user interfaces — remains the exclusive property of BLOKOFY or its licensors unless otherwise expressly stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to users.

Users retain ownership of the information and content they submit through the Services.

By using the Services, you grant BLOKOFY the limited, non-exclusive rights necessary to process, store, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the Services.

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect the availability of our platform.

Where applicable, fees, subscription plans, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented and agreed upon separately prior to any charge.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLOKOFY shall not be liable for:

• ◆Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ◆Loss of profits or business interruption
• ◆Loss of data, revenue, or customer relationships
• ◆Decisions based on AI-generated outputs
• ◆Failures or interruptions caused by third-party providers

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, where permitted by applicable law.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BLOKOFY makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLOKOFY, its owner, affiliates, contractors, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• ◆Violation of these Terms
• ◆Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• ◆Infringement of third-party rights

BLOKOFY reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion when necessary to:

• ◆Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use
• ◆Enforce these Terms

Termination does not relieve users of any obligations accrued prior to termination.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BLOKOFY operates, together with any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to users based on their place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.

BLOKOFY may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will become effective upon publication on this website unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
